Participation & Registration

On this page you will find all information on registration fees, services included, registration procedure, cancellation policy, and payment details. Registration for the symposium is carried out online via an external form. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with further information on payment.

The registration fee must be transferred to the bank account specified in the confirmation email after receiving the registration confirmation. Participation is only guaranteed once full payment has been received.

Registration Fees – Overview

Regular registration fee (full pass)

  • Early-bird rate: €200 – From March 6, 2026, the regular standard rate: €235 applies.

Reduced fee for teaching staff and employees of the University Mozarteum (full pass)

  • Early-bird rate: €150 – From March 6, 2026, the regular standard rate: €185 applies.

Reduced fee for all ÖGfMM members and co-authors / co-presenters (full pass)

  • Early-bird rate: €130 – From March 6, 2026, the regular standard rate: €165 applies.

Subsidized contribution towards expenses for presenters, workshop leaders, and students (up to and including the age of 26, full pass)

  • Early-bird rate: €100 – From March 6, 2026, the regular standard rate: €135 applies.

For presenters, workshop leaders, and students, the fee is subsidized through ÖGfMM membership dues. The fees listed above serve as a contribution towards covering the costs of the symposium.

Day passes (participation for one symposium day)

  • Early-bird regular DAY PASS: €120 – From March 6, 2026, the regular standard rate: €140 applies.
  • Early-bird DAY PASS Mozarteum staff: €90 – From March 6, 2026, the regular standard rate: €110 applies.
  • Early-bird DAY PASS co-author: €80 – From March 6, 2026, the regular standard rate: €100 applies.
  • Early-bird DAY PASS ÖGfMM member: €80 – From March 6, 2026, the regular standard rate: €100 applies.
  • Early-bird DAY PASS presenter: €60 – From March 6, 2026, the regular standard rate: €80 applies.
  • Early-bird DAY PASS student: €60 – From March 6, 2026, the regular standard rate: €80 applies.

Services Included in the Registration Fee

The registration fee includes access to all lectures and workshops of the symposium. Please note that some sessions will run in parallel. The conference fee includes, among other things:

  • the conference volume,
  • the catering option selected during registration (one dinner on Friday evening, one lunch on Saturday),
  • coffee, tea, and cookies during the breaks, one glass of wine after the poster session,
  • funding for student support staff as well as various administrative and organizational costs.

Not included are individual food and beverage expenses at the Sunday event on Salzburg’s local mountain Gaisberg. The optional dinners on Thursday evening and Saturday evening are also not included; they will be billed on site according to your individual order.

Conditions of Participation & Cancellation Policy

Early-bird registration: until March 6, 2026 (payment must be received by March 8, 2026 at the latest).

Cancellation fees:

  • from March 6, 2026 (end of the early-bird period): 30% of the registration fee
  • from April 1, 2026: 80% of the registration fee

Students must also pay their fee by the stated deadline. Students of the University Mozarteum may, where applicable, apply for reimbursement through the Mozarteum; details will be communicated by the university and the Career Center.
